Project description: Our client loves entertainment and wanted a home that was both beautiful and comfortable. The arrival set the tone with walls covered in rich walnut, ceilings at 12 feet high, and views of the workspace and dramatic skyline beyond.
The workspace is decorated in blue and grey tones, while the bedroom is a bit brighter with wood paneling and lighting. The bay setting is special because it has a calming mood.
The large ensuite next to the bedroom is covered in luxurious marble and stone. It's perfect for giving homeowners a spa-like experience. There is an elegant hall leading to a spacious living and dining room with views of the lake and city. The walnut slatted ceiling and dark kitchen cabinets complement the 'skinned' Bianco Lasa Macchia Vecchia stone countertops, a backlit Alabaster stone wine cooler, a sleek fireplace, Euro lighting options, and clean furniture shapes.
This contemporary artwork and teal accents brighten up the home's neutral background and add some fun and energy. There's also a 2,000-square-foot terrace with dining, lounge seating, a glass-enclosed hot tub, and an indoor sauna/fitness, which makes it an ideal place to relax and have fun.
