From the architect: The Mangrove Bay Citic Zhuhai is a place on the west bank of the Qianshan River in Zhuhai. It's connected to the Macau Remembrance Park in the north, the Macao River across the bank in the south, the Qianshan River in the east, and the Jiangjun Mountain in the west. It's a quiet place where people can live in peace and away from the glitz and glamour of the city. If you want to live here, you must be willing to let go of the things of this world and start over.
The interior design for the project is based on the city of San Francisco. It features a modern design approach that blends space, culture, and art to create a luxurious international bay area lifestyle. The overall style is minimalist, but delicate and chic. The designer interprets the spatial relationship with simple lines and veneers, and uses the combination of different materials to emphasize the delicate contrast in the space.
Dream life is a world with its own rules and customs. To be part of it, you need a comfortable place to live. The entrance to this house is like a doorway to a warm, safe place. The design of the fireplace makes it feel like you're inside a warm fire.
The penthouse has a large window that looks out on a curved balcony and a coastal landscape. There is a modern curved staircase in the living room, and the dining room is made of wood veneer to create a warm feeling. The natural marble walls in the living room and dining room reflect the atmosphere of the space and satisfy the owner's needs for an inviting public space for entertaining and socializing.
The sun is shining and the tea smells good, which is a great time for family fun. The room has a layered design with spaces that are open to private and then semi-open. The spaces move from public to private and then back to public.
